Remarks:

Effective March 20, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), the reporting person was appointed as Motorsport Games Inc.'s (the "Company") Chief Financial Officer and began serving as the Company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Due to an administrative oversight, this Form 3 for the reporting person should have been filed within 10 days after the Effective Date. On November 3, 2023, the reporting person notified the Company of his decision to resign as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective November 8, 2023.
